Background

Plainfield Charter Township was seeking a unified way to manage agendas and records across all of its departments.   As Superintendent Cameron Van Wyngarden states the Township was facing a common challenge of many local governments – information was falling through the cracks.  While Plainfield Charter Townnship is dedicated to open governance, the demand for agendas, minutes and records online was growing; in response, the organization identified the need to provide a more user friendly way for the public to access information.
